在定制螺纹量规时，首先要确认是哪个国家的螺纹标准，这个是从源头上遏制产生错误的重要方法，很多时候很多人都想当然的认为只要是M制的螺纹规，都是通用的，这个是错误的，每个标准对每种螺纹和检验方法 都有明确的规定。苏州斯文克精密测量设备有限公司可以提供国产螺纹规定制服务，按照客户的要求订购螺纹量规。比如我们比价擅长定制美标的螺纹量规，美标ACME爱克母量规等。对于国际上主要有以下几种类别的螺纹标准：中国:GB、德国:DIN、法国:NF、日本:JIS、俄罗斯:GOST、美国:ASME、英国:BS、欧洲:基本都用ISO的米制普通螺纹、国际标准:ISO。在当今世界上ISO和美国ASME标准比较盛行。
1.中华人民共和国国家标准:螺纹:术语(GB/T 14791-2013)(ISO 5408:2009)》代替GB/T 14791—1993，与其相比，主要技术变化为：“原始三角形”与“基本牙型”的关系：1993年版由“原始三角形”导出“基本牙型”；本标准由“基本牙型”导出“原始三角形”；“牙侧”定义：1993年版没有限定牙侧的形状；本标准限定牙侧在轴线平面内为直线形；“作用中径”定义：1993年版没有明确假想螺纹包容实际螺纹的位置；本标准明确规定假想螺纹包容实际螺纹的位置在“牙侧”处等。
2.美国标准螺纹(American Standard Thread)：
螺纹顶部与根部皆为平面，强度较佳。螺纹角亦为60度，规格以每英吋有几牙表示。此种螺纹可分为粗牙(NC)；细牙(NF)；特细牙(NEF)三级。表示法如1/2-10NC。(1/2：外径；10：每吋牙数；NC代号)。
3.国际公制标准螺纹(International Metric Thread System)：
我国国家标准CNS采用之螺纹。牙顶为平面，易于车削，牙底则为圆弧形，以增加螺纹强度。螺纹角为60度，规格以M表示。公制螺纹可分粗牙及细牙二种。表示法如M8x1.25。(M：代号、8：公称直径、1.25：螺距)。
4.统一标准螺纹(Unified Thread)：
由美国、英国、加拿大三国共同制订，为目前常用之英制螺纹。螺纹角亦为60度，规格以每英吋有几牙表示。此种螺纹可分为粗牙(UNC)；细牙(UNF)；特细牙(UNEF)。表示法如1/2-10UNC。(1/2：外径；10：每吋牙数；UNC代号)
5.管用螺纹(Pipe Thread)：
为防止泄漏用的螺纹，经常用于气体或液体之管件连结。螺纹角为55度，可分为直管螺纹代号为”P.S.、N.P.S.” 和斜管螺纹代号为”N.P.T.”，其锥度为1：16，即每呎3/4吋。
6.惠式螺纹(Whitworth Thread)：
常见管螺纹:
1.美制管螺纹(布氏螺纹)。牙型角60°，单位为英寸。NPT是National (American) Pipe Thread 的缩写，是圆锥管螺纹(内或外)，锥度1:16。NPSC 是圆柱内螺纹。用于北美地区，国标查阅 GB/T12716-2002.
2.英制管螺纹(源于英国惠氏螺纹)。BSP为英制管螺纹总体代号，但是分为三种BSPP、 BSPT和 BSPF.
BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel (Thread)) 为英制圆柱管螺纹代号，只有内螺纹，相当 于国内的55°圆柱(平行)管螺纹,即Rp (老代号为G)。
BSPT (British Standard Taper Pipe Thread)是英制圆锥管螺纹代号，螺纹具有1:16的锥度， 相当于国内的55°圆锥管螺纹,即Rc (老代号为ZG)。
BSPF (British Standard Pipe Fine Hand Taps) 为英制细牙管螺纹。前面两者用于密封接合， 后边一种用于一般的接合。
英制管螺纹多用于欧洲及英联邦国家(欧洲国家多用柱/锥管螺纹副)，常用于水及煤气管行业， 国标查阅GB/T7306-2000。
3.G是55°非螺纹密封管螺纹，属于惠氏螺纹家族。标记为G代表圆柱螺纹。国标查阅 GB/T7307-2001。
管螺纹的标注
1.密封管螺纹:
圆柱内螺纹与圆锥外螺纹的标准GB/T7306. 1-2000; 圆锥内螺纹与圆锥外螺纹的标准.
GB/T7306. 2-2000;
(1)、圆锥外螺纹特征代号:
与圆柱内螺纹配合(旋合)的圆锥外螺纹特征代号为: R1,如R13;与 圆锥内螺纹 配合(旋合)的圆锥外螺纹特征代号为: R2， 如R23;
(2)、圆锥内螺纹的特征代号为: Rc,如 Rc3/4;
圆柱内螺纹(55 度管螺纹)的特征代号为: Rp，如Rp3/4。(3)、 内外管螺纹只有一种 公差带代号，因此省略不标。
(4)、 螺纹副:尺寸代号只注写一次。如Rc/R23/4，Rc只
能和R2旋合;Rp/R13/4，Rp只能和R1旋合;
(5)、 左旋时加LH.
2.非密封管螺纹
完整标记由螺纹特征代号(G)， 螺纹尺寸代号，中径公差等级代号和旋向代号组成.对圆柱内螺 纹，其中径公差等级代号省略不标;而圆柱外螺纹的中径公尺等级代号分别为A和B. 左旋螺纹的旋向代号为LH;右旋螺纹的旋向代号省略不标.当 表示英制非密封管螺纹的螺纹副 时，仅标注外螺纹的标记代号.示例:
尺寸代号为2的右旋，非密封圆柱内螺纹: G2尺寸代号为3的A级，右旋，非密封圆柱外螺纹: G3A尺寸代号为4的B级，左旋，非密封圆柱外螺纹: G4 B-LH
